Ingredients

Keto Hazelnut Crust
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, 3 tbsp
  • hazelnut flour, 1 cup
  • pinch salt, 1/4 tsp
  • monk fruit powder, 1/4 cup
  • water, 1/2 tsp
  • salted butter, 1/4 cup
Keto pie filling
  • Simple Selish Chocolate Pudding, 1 cup
  • Monukfruit powdered, 3 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate and dark chocolate hazelnuts
  • Heavy Cream carton, 470 ml
  • vanilla extract, 1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, hazelnut flour, powdered monkfruit, and salt. Mix them together properly.
  2. Put some butter and water in it and mix it well until it keeps hard and in the form of dough.
  3. Punch the dough with your hand.
  4. Place the dough in the pan and cut it into two equal parts.
  5. Add cold cream to the pudding and mix it well.
  6. Stir it thoroughly until it becomes hard. Don’t leave stirring until it is too thick.
  7. Add chocolate hazelnut to the pudding and spread it over it.
  8. Take a bowl, add whipped cream, and stir it properly until it becomes condensed.
  9. Add powdered monk fruit vanilla extract and mix it well until it becomes smothered.
  10. Take dark chocolate and hazelnuts, crush them or cut them, and toss them over it properly.
  11. Rest the pie for 7 hours.
  12. Now the keto hazelnut pudding pie is ready to serve.
