Ingredients
  

Regarding the cookie layer:

  • 1 cup almond flour,
  • 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil, and 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Vanilla extract, 1 tsp; confectioners' sugar replacement, 1/4 cup; Swerve

For the layer of cheesecake:

  • 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream and softened 6 oz. of cream cheese
  • Vanilla extract, 1 tsp, 1/4 cup. Swerve sugar replacement for confections

For the layer of caramel:

  • Sugar-free caramel sauce, 8 tablespoons
  • chopped peanuts, 1/4 cup

As a garnish

  • Chocolate and caramel sauce without sugar
  • sliced nuts

Instructions
 

  • The cookie crust layer's components should be combined, and it should be pressed into the bottom of 8 sections of a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  • Each cupcake liner's cookie layer is topped with a tablespoon of caramel sauce, followed by a scattering of chopped peanuts. Put the tray(to set) in the freezer for an hour .
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the cheesecake layer, and beat on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • The remaining cheesecake filling should be placed inside the cupcake liners.
  • Put(for at least four hours) back tray in the freezer to set .
  • Before serving, take out the cheesecake cups and top with chopped nuts, sugar-free chocolate sauce, and caramel sauce.
