The simplest way to enjoy a Clubhouse Sandwich without consuming all the carbohydrates is with this Keto Club Sandwich. In essence, the Sandwich doesn't have any bread. Instead, it is prepared lettuce wrap-style, with lettuce leaves used in place of bread between the layers.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Mayonaise
  • 4 Slices Tomatoes

  • 2 Slices Cheese

  • 4 oz Deli Ham

  • 4 Slices Bacon

  • 6 oz Chicken Breast cooked
  • 6 Lettuce Leaves Iceberg

Instructions
 

  • Warm up the cooked chicken and sauté the bacon. After that, slice the six huge lettuce leaves into roughly square shapes.
  • On a plate, arrange 2 lettuce leaves and cover them with 1/2 the mayonnaise. The ham, chicken, and cheese are then placed on top. Add two more lettuce leaves on top of the meat, then top them with the remaining 1/2 of the mayonnaise.
  • On top of that, scatter the bacon and tomato slices. Place four toothpicks or skewers in the middle of each of the four corners before covering with the final two lettuce slices. Corner to corner, cut the sandwich into 4 pieces.
  • This dish yields either two meals or four little sandwiches.

Notes

The lettuce leaves were neatly squared off using clean scissors.
 
If you want less messy option for eating on the move, wrap The Clubhouse in folded parchment or waxed paper before slicing.
