This Sugar-Free Keto Relish goes great with meat, cheese, and bread. Try it with your bacon and eggs since it's sweet, spicy, and tangy. It is particularly keto-friendly and low-carb.

- ⅓ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 large Red Peppers roughly diced
- 1-3 Cayenne Chilis
- 2 medium Spanish Onions thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-3 teaspoons Swerve
- 3 cloves Garlic sliced
On high heat, place a medium saucepan.
Once the onion is tender, add the oil, garlic, and onion.
After adding, sauté the peppers and chiles for 5 minutes.
Add the vinegar and water after lowering the heat to medium.
The peppers should be simmered until the liquid has disappeared and they are soft enough to be broken up with a spoon.
After 20 minutes, turn off the heat and let the food cool.
We like our relish spreadable but slightly chunky, so use an immersion blender to mix it to your preferred consistency.
Add salt and sweetener to taste.
Immediately consume or put in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
