OLIVE OIL:

  • It provides the moisture and helps the crust to firm up smoothly. If you want to add a normal taste, you can use avocado oil.

ALMOND FLOUR:

  • It helps to deliver a smooth flavor and a soft crumb to the bread. It’s good for a keto diet. If you want a nut-free variety, you can use sunflower seed flour instead.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cover a loaf pan(small) with baking parchment paper.
  2. Include all he dry ingredients in the bowl.
  3. Mix it well till combined.
  4. Place in the hot water, olive oil, or vinegar.
  5. Stir them with a spatula continuously till a solid dough forms.
  6. Leave the dough for almost two to three minutes so the psyllium will soak the moisture content
  7. Give a shape to the dough and blend it into the coated loaf pan.
  8. Warm the empty air fryer to 320 degrees Fahrenheit (160°C).
  9. Hold the loaf pan and place it inside the air fryer basket.
  10. Leave it for 15-20 minutes to cook well, or till the surface forms up and is browned
  11. Put it away from the air fryer and place it aside for ten minutes to chill in the pan.
  12. For cooling, put the bread on a wire rack to cool entirely before serving.

TIPS:

  • If you want to add a crunchy taste to the bread, air fry for one to two minutes more.
  • Leave the bread to chill entirely; it will give a better texture.
  • Include one to two tbsp of hot water if the dough looks and feels dry.
  • To maintain a tender bread, keep the remaining in a closed vessel.
  • Make slices with a serrated knife for neat cuts.
