BACON:

  • We have to use the thin-cut bacon since they can crisp up more evenly and rapidly in the oven & it works best. We can also use the regular or thick-cut bacon, but you’ll need to alter the cooking time because thicker bacon may take longer to crisp. Try turkey bacon for a leaner choice.

OLIVE OIL OR BUTTER:

  • We can use olive oil or butter to brush the asparagus. The richness of the dish is enhanced by butter, while olive oil offers a pleasant flavor and works well for drizzling. To add even more flavor, try using oil that has been infused with garlic.

FRESH GARLIC:
