INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. We warm the oil over a moderate-high flame in a big pan.
  2. Then we fry the beef chunks so they get brown and place them in the dish.
  3. Now we include onions & garlic in the same pan & saute to make them soft & aromatic.
  4. We include Worcestershire sauce & beef broth in the pan and scrape off the brown bits.
  5. Then sprinkle salt, thyme, black pepper, and paprika powder.
  6. Add the steak to the skillet again, then turn the flame low and simmer 35-40 minutes covered so it gets tender.
  7. Now add heavy cream and stir.
  8. We gradually add xanthan gum to thicken the gravy.
  9. Then simmer for about 2-3 more minutes to make a smooth gravy.
  10. Garnish the gravy with parsley and serve.
