  • A large bowl

Ingredients:

For Sauce:

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves of garlic (sauté)
  • Salt
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • Mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • Pepper

For Burgers:

  • 2 Tbs Avocado oil
  • 2-3 Buns
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1.5 lb beef
  • White cheddar cheese slices (Any cheese you like)
  • 6 slices of the bacon (fully dry)
  • 2 lettuce slices
  • 1 Avocado slices dipped in the lemon juice
  • 2 tomato thin slices

  • Use all the vegetables with the thin slices and make sure they are fresh and healthy.
  • Take the fresh beef and use all the ingredients keto-friendly.
  • Cheese can also be used in the sauce to make the texture of the sauce good and thick.
  • The cheese will add a creamy taste to the sauce.

Instructions:

  1. To make the sauce you have to add the garlic and mince it, then add the other sauce ingredients like
  2. Mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice, paprika, and pepper and mix well.
  3. It’s optional to add cheese to the sauce.
  4. Now it’s time to make the burger for this you have to take the pan and put it on the low flame.
  5. At the low flame add the oil into the pan and then add the slices of the onion and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
  6. When the onion becomes smooth and its colour is golden brown then add some pepper and salt in it.
  7. Let it cool at room temperature.
  8. After that take a large bowl and add the salt, pepper, and ground beef in it, cut it into 4-5 patties…. Now take the pan sprinkle some oil in it and add the marinated beef it in.
  9. Let it cook for 5-6 min from one side and then change the side and brown both sides.
  10. Additionally, after the beef is fully cooked then add the cheese slices, and let them melt at a low flame.
  11. There is also an option to grill the chicken or bake it in the oven at the temperature of about 350 F.
  12. To assemble the BLT burgers take the bun and add the garlic mayonnaise to it and spread it all over the bun….
  13. Add the cooked beef to it.
  14. Also add the vegetables to the burger like lettuce, bacon, cooked onions, and tomato slices, then place the upper bun.
  15. Now your BLT burger is ready enjoy your keto meal!
