Keto Brownie Loaf is a very indulgent & rich loaf. It is very delicious & tasty. This brownie is perfect to satisfy the sweet tooth during your keto diet. It is low in carbs, as well as gluten-free as well. We can make this loaf very easily because it can require simple ingredients that are easily available in the grocery store or the home. This Keto Brownie Loaf only contains 3g of fiber, & 3g of net carbs/serving. We have to use finely grounded almond flour to make this to avoid gritty bread, and everything add-ins should be keto-friendly. We can easily store this chocolate brownie load for some time in the fridge as well as in the freezer.

- 1/3 cup cocoa powder

- Three large eggs
- ¾ cup sour cream / simple yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 4 oz. keto chocolate chips
INGREDIENTS NOTES:
COCONUT FLOUR:
- I use coconut flour to make this brownie loaf because this flour is very absorbent and helps to give structure to the brownies and it is also gluten-free as well.
COCOA POWDER:
- You can utilize unsweetened cocoa powder to make this brownie loaf because it can help to deepen the flavor of the brownie.
GRANULATED SWEETENER:
- You can use any keto-friendly sweetener to make this brownie loaf like monk fruit, Erythritol, or a combination of both it gives the same results.
BAKING POWDER:
- I use baking powder to make them fluffy and airy. It is also essential to add this because coconut flour will not rise that much.
SALT:
- Salt is utilized to improve the flavor of the brownie loaf.
EGGS:
- The eggs should be at ambient temperature at the time of utilizing them. They are important to bind the components as well and they also help to give structure & moisture to the cake.
SOUR CREAM:
- I use sour cream to make this brownie loaf because it can give a tangy flavor as well as provide moisture to the loaf.
VANILLA EXTRACT:
- Vanilla extract helps to bring out the flavor as well as it can also eliminate the smell of the eggs in the batter.
MELTED BUTTER:
- I use butter in this brownie loaf recipe but you can also use coconut oil or ghee to make this if you are dairy sensitive.
KETO CHOCOLATE CHIPS:
- Keto-friendly chocolate chips will get its sweetness from keto-friendly sweeteners and I use this to make my brownie loaf but you can also use chopped keto-friendly chocolate as well.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Warm up the oven at three-fifty degrees F.
- We can place the baking sheet in the pan.
- Take a mixing bowl and add monk fruit, cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, & swerve brown in it, and mix them with the whisk.
- Add the butter, vanilla essence, & sour cream to the bowl.
- Include the chocolate chips in the batter and mix them with the spatula.
- Pour the brownie batter into the loaf pan and bake them for 35 to 40 minutes or till we get a clean toothpick.
- When it is done take out the brownie loaf then we can cool down the brownie loaf on the counter for 30 minutes till it gets cooled down.
- Then slice the loaf with the knife.
TIPS:
- As I mentioned above the coconut flour is very absorbent so properly measure the flour with a measuring cup and equal it with a knife so that no extra amount of flour is added otherwise our brownie will become so dry.
- Put the eggs, butter, & sour cream on the counter a few hours before making the batter so they should come at ambient temperature because if they are chill, it might form the lumps.
- You should try to just mix the batter enough to fully incorporate the ingredients not too much; because if we over-mix them it can result in a denser brownie loaf.
- We can easily add any of the keto-friendly mix-ins like chocolate chips, coconut flakes, or nuts.
- You could alter the quantity of sweetness as well to make this brownie loaf according to your preference.
STORAGE INFORMATION:
AMBIENT TEMPERATURE:
- Place the slices of load in the air-tight box and keep the slices for three days.
FRIDGE:
- Put the slices in the seal box and keep the slices for one week.
FREEZER:
