Equipment:

  • A non-stick frying pan

Ingredients:

Caramel sauce

  • Granulated sugar 125 g
  • Butter 25 g
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ¼ cup whipping cream 77ml

For pancakes:

  • Plain flour 125 g
  • 2 eggs
  • Milk 300 ml
  • Oil for frying

For biscuit crumbs

  • Digestive biscuits (you can use your fav one also)
  • Butter 15 ml

Instructions:

To make the caramel sauce follow the steps:

  1. Take the sugar and put it into the pot and add 4-6 tbs of the water.
  2. Now add the butter to the pot and cook it on medium to low flame, when the caramel sauce looks a brown color turn off the flame.
  3. Put the pot and let it cool.

Pancakes:

  1. Add the flour into the medium bowl, then add 2 eggs and make a batter Slowly add some milk as required.
  2. Beat the mixture with the whisk and make it runny and thicker.
  3. Now take the pan and add the little amount of the oil in the pan, Slightly add the better in the pan and cook it on medium to low flame.
  4. Cook for at least 1 min in the pan and when the pancakes are brown change the side.
  5. Re-continue the process and make all the pancakes.
  6. Put the pancakes into the dish to cool them at room temperature.
  7. Crush the digestive biscuits and add the butter to them.
  8. Take the dish put the pancakes and add some banana slices from the top.
  9. Mist some caramel sauce and sprinkle the biscuits.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
