  2. Now take the crumbled mixture and transfer it to each muffin. It will go around 1.5 or 2 tablespoons in each muffin.
  3. Press the butter and almond meal mix in each muffin liner to form an even layer of Crust.

FILLING:

  1. Mix Sweetener and Cream Cheese in a bowl then add heavy cream and water and combine well.
  2. Now start adding eggs, add one egg, and mix well. Add all the eggs with a similar process.
  3. Add Vanilla essence, sour cream, and Almond Flour and mix well to combine till you get the smooth filling.
  4. Put the Prepared filling in each Muffin over the Crust and place it in the Oven for 15 or 18 minutes.
  5. Keep an eye, don’t allow to cook it extra.
  6. Wait for it to come down to normal temperature and then keep it in the fridge to chill for 6 or 8 hours.

TIPS:

It is suggested that never overbeat the mixture because it will cause the cheesecake to fall and cracks appear as it cools down. So just mix until combined and then stop.
