    CREAM CHEESE:

    • We utilize the cream cheese (soft) to prepare the smooth & silky dough bites. It helps to bind the ingredients as well.

    EGGS:

    • Eggs will helps to bind the dough and it also provides the structure and texture in these bites.

    ALMOND FLOUR:

    • It is used to make the base of the dough. It provides the structure in the dough without the carbs. We utilize the fine almond flour for smooth texture & don’t utilize the meal.

    BAKING POWDER:

    GREEK YOGURT:

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Put the cream cheese and mozzarella in a dish.
    2. Then put in the microwave for thirty seconds to melt & stir so it gets smooth.
    3. Add salt, almond flour, baking powder, & garlic powder and stir to incorporate.
    4. Now add the egg and knead to make smooth dough.
    5. Turn the air fryer on to 375°F, or 190°C.
    6. Form the 12 little dough balls.
    7. Place the parchment sheet in the basket and add the bites to it.
    8. Air fries the bites for 8-10 minutes so they get crisp & golden brown.
    9. We combine cucumber, dill, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice, & black pepper in a dish to make tzatziki.
