INSTRUCTIONS:
MAKING COOKIE DOUGH:
- Add Chocolate and butter in a small saucepan.
- Melt them over low flame.
- After melting, turn off the heat and mix it to combine, and then leave it to cool down a little bit.
- Add sweetener, eggs, espresso powder, salt, and vanilla extract in a big vessel. Beat it well to form a dense paste.
- Incorporate the baking powder, almond flour, and cocoa powder and mix until it looks like dough.
