This Keto Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake is very delicious, & tasty. It has the blend of flavors of both cinnamon roll & cheesecake. We can prepare mini cheesecakes with this recipe so it automatically prevents us from eating the whole cheesecake in one sitting because we can easily store these mini cheesecakes. We can make 6 mini cheesecakes with this recipe but we can double the recipe with no worries if we want to make this for some party or gathering. This Keto Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake requires only a few components like almond flour, sweetener, cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, & heavy cream that are easily available in the grocery store or the pantry. INGREDIENTS:

CRUST:

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp. Swerve Granular
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

CHEESECAKE FILLING:

  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 5 tbsp. Swerve Granular
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. Swerve Confectioners
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. heavy cream

INSTRUCTION:

TO MAKE CRUST:

  1. Heat the oven at three-twenty-five degrees F.
  2. Put the 6 silicon liners in the muffin tin.
  3. We can grab a medium bowl & include the cinnamon, salt, almond flour & sweetener.
  4. Mix them well with the whisk.
  5. Then add the butter in the mixture and mix them properly till the mixture starts to gets clump together.
  6. Add the mixture to the cups equally and press them decisively to the end.
  7. Put the crust to get bake for 7 mints.
  8. Take them out and place the cups in the corner to cool down and prepare the filing.

CHEESECAKE FILLING:

  1. Lower the oven temperature to three hundred degrees F.
  2. Take a large bowl and add the cream cheese and 3 tbsp. Of sweetener in them and beat them till they get smooth.
  3. After that include the vanilla essence, sour cream, & eggs and beat them again till it gets a smooth consistency.
  4. Take a small bowl and add the cinnamon powder & 2 tbsp. The Sweetener in it and mix it with the whisk.
  5. Put one full tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in each muffin cup.
  6. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on it do this process two more times.
  7. Put these cheesecakes to bake for fifteen to seventeen minutes till they get mostly soft from the corners & just jiggling slightly from the center.
  8. When it is done let them in for five minutes then take them out & place them for 30 minutes in the corner.
  9. Then put this cheesecake in the fridge to chill for two hours.

TO MAKE THE FROSTING:

  1. Grab a medium bowl and include the butter & powdered sweetener and beat them until they combine properly.
  2. After that pour the heavy cream & vanilla extract and beat them again.
  3. Then we can include the cream cheese frosting in the zip lock bag or piping bag & decorate the cupcakes.
