HEAVY CREAM:
We use heavy cream to have the base of our keto creamer. You can have many alternatives:
If you want to go dairy-free, then use coconut milk (full fat).
Use condensed milk (keto) if you want to have the sweeter creamer.
If you want the lighter version, then use half & half in place of whipping cream.
KETO SWEETENER:
Use the keto sweetener of your choice. I would recommend powdered or liquid sweeteners, as they dissolve sooner. You may use granular keto sweeteners if you don’t have any other option available.
ALMOND MILK:
If we are going for a whipping cream (heavy) or keto version of condensed milk, we may need a thinner. Use almond milk for the said purpose.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place the machine on the counter near the socket & plug it in.
- Include all the items in the jug of the blender.
- Close the lid & place it on the machine.

TIPS:
If you see that your creamer gets separated in the jar, shake it well right before use.
You may get the latte out of this creamer. Heat the required amount of creamer. Then use the frother to make it foamy & add it to the coffee.
When you keep it in the fridge, it will become thicker, so while reducing the milk, keep that in mind.
Another great trick is to freeze the creamer in the trays of ice cubes. That way, when you add the cubes to your iced coffee, your coffee will not dilute.
