- 1.5 oz of keto chocolate chips (white)
- Keto pie crust, 1
- A cup of strawberries
- 0.5 cup of butter
- A teaspoon of vanilla essence
- Walnuts, 1.5 cup
- 1/3 cup of keto sweetener (swerve brown)
- One-fourth tsp of salt
- 3/4 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
- Allulose sweetener, 1/3 cup
- 2 eggs, big- size
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pick a nine-inch tart pan (ceramic) & apply oil to it.
- Heat the empty oven to 325 F.
- Place a saucepan (normal-sized) on the stove over normal flame.
- Include butter in it & include both the sweeteners as the butter melts.
- Mix the sweeteners in butter till they dissolve.
- Cook them on the normal-low flame till their color starts to darken.
- Place the saucepan on the table after turning the flame off.
- Include eggs, salt, cinnamon, & vanilla essence in that syrup & combine them well.
- Take the pre-baked & cooled keto pie crust.
- Include & spread the walnuts & cranberries in an even layer over the crust.
- Then pour the prepared filling over the walnuts & cranberries.
- Now, raise the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Shift the tart plate into that oven to bake till the filling texture is like that of the jelly.
- It will take around 35/40 minutes.
- After that time, shift the tart on the counter to cool down.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate (white) in the double boiler.
- Drip that melted chocolate over the cooled tart.
