    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1.5 oz of keto chocolate chips (white)
    • Keto pie crust, 1
    • A cup of strawberries
    • 0.5 cup of butter
    • A teaspoon of vanilla essence
    • Walnuts, 1.5 cup
    • 1/3 cup of keto sweetener (swerve brown)
    • One-fourth tsp of salt
    • 3/4 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
    • Allulose sweetener, 1/3 cup
    • 2 eggs, big- size

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Pick a nine-inch tart pan (ceramic) & apply oil to it.
    2. Heat the empty oven to 325 F.
    3. Place a saucepan (normal-sized) on the stove over normal flame.
    4. Include butter in it & include both the sweeteners as the butter melts.
    5. Mix the sweeteners in butter till they dissolve.
    6. Cook them on the normal-low flame till their color starts to darken.
    7. Place the saucepan on the table after turning the flame off.
    8. Include eggs, salt, cinnamon, & vanilla essence in that syrup & combine them well.
    9. Take the pre-baked & cooled keto pie crust.
    10. Include & spread the walnuts & cranberries in an even layer over the crust.
    11. Then pour the prepared filling over the walnuts & cranberries.
    12. Now, raise the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees F.
    13. Shift the tart plate into that oven to bake till the filling texture is like that of the jelly.
    14. It will take around 35/40 minutes.
    15. After that time, shift the tart on the counter to cool down.
    16. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate (white) in the double boiler.
    17. Drip that melted chocolate over the cooled tart.

    TIPS:

    We recommend you bake the crust of the pie in advance. When we include the filling in it, the crust should cool down properly.

    There is a big difference in heat conduction between metal & glass/ceramic baking pans. We recommend you use the glass/ceramic one. If you are still using the metal pan, keep a strict eye on it while baking. Metal conducts heat faster; it might burn the outer edges till the center becomes firm & ready.
