INGREDIENTS:

  • One tablespoon olive oil

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Warm up the oven at three-seventy-five degrees F.
  2. We can rinse the zucchini with the water and grate it with the help of grater.
  3. Put the grated zucchini in the kitchen towel and squeeze its water as much as possible.
  4. We can pour one tbsp. of olive oil in the skillet and heat it on moderate flame.
  5. We can add the cut onions and cook the onions for 3-4 minutes or till the onions gets translucent.
  6. Then we can include the dices of bell peppers and stir-fry for an additional two to three minutes or till they gets slightly tender.
  7. Take a large mixing bowl and add the properly pressed zucchini with the onions, cooked bacon, spinach and bell peppers.
