INGREDIENTS:

PIE CRUST:

  • 1.5 cups of almond flour
  • Half tsp of Garlic Powder
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Melted Butter Quarter cup

QUICHE

  • 6 Eggs, Largre
  • Chopped Canadian Bacon 227 grams
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Two cloves of minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. of pepper
  • Half a cup of Heavy Whipping cream

HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

  • Egg yolks 2
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice
  • One-fourth teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ cup melted butter, Salted
  • Cayenne pepper 1/3 Teaspoon.
  • Parsley for Garnish, Chopped.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • FOR BAKING PIE CRUST:
  1. Take a bowl and add salt, baking powder, and Almond flour in it. Mix by stirring.
  2. Now Add melted butter and mix till the mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Take an Oiled Pie Baking Dish. Spread the pie mixture to cover the bottom and sides of the pie dish till their upper edge, press with the flat-bottomed object, and prick with the fork.
  4. Place the pie crust baking dish in the preheated oven at 325 degrees F to get crisp for about ten or twelve minutes.
  5. get it out of the oven and wait for it to get to the outside temperature.

 

  • WORKING FOR QUICHE:
  1. Arrange the pieces of chopped Bacon on the Baked Pie crust.
  2. Take a bowl. Add Eggs, salt, Cream, garlic, and pepper. Beat well with a hand whisker.
  3. Transfer this creamy egg mixture to the pie crust on the layer of Bacon.
  4. Return it to the oven and then again start baking for thirty or forty minutes.
  5. Remove when it solidifies but still jiggles a little bit, let the steam out, and go for the next step.

 

  • PREPARING HOLLANDAISE CONDIMENT:
  1. Throw the lemon juice, salt, and yolks of the eggs into a blender.
  2. Process for 15 to 20 seconds at a fast speed.
  3. Open the blender insert and insert a funnel with a narrow pipe.
  4. Pour melted butter while blending at the same speed to produce a creamy texture.
  5. After that add Cayenne pepper and adjust Salt if required. Pulse a couple of times to mix.
  6. Now pour this prepared creamy sauce over baked Benedict Quiche.
  7. Garnish it with chopped Parsley and you are ready to serve it.

TIPS:

  1. If we only have to bake pie crust without filling then we should give it 20 minutes to bake but here we have to bake it again with the egg mixture so, bake the crust for just 10 or twelve minutes.
  2. This will prevent overbaking of the crust when baked after filling.
  3. We have to be careful when blending Hollandaise.
  4. Use warm butter and add it in little portions in the running blender so, that it incorporates with the egg well. Otherwise, if we add too hot or too cold butter and add all the butter at once to the egg yolks in a running blender then after some time eggs and butter will get separated in the Hollandaise Sauce.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

You have to store quiche and Hollandaise sauce separately.

IN FRIDGE:
You can keep eggs quiche and Hollandaise sauce in the fridge for up to two days each.
