INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat-up the oven at 400° F and apply parchment paper on the baking tray.
  2. Stir the components; beef, garlic, almond flour, onions, egg, cheese, and spices in a big dish.
  3. Then prepare the meatballs of 1.5 inches and put them on a sheet and bake for 22 minutes.
  4. While these gets bake we start prepping the sauce
  5. Warm the oil in pan and saute all the spices for Thirty seconds.
  6. Add the tomato paste & chicken broth and combine them with a whisk to form smooth consistency.
  7. Simmer for five minutes.
  8. Include meatballs in the pan and include the sauce on them.
  9. Simmer the dish for an additional two to three minutes, and coat them properly.
  10. I garnish this dish with cilantro and cheese and serve them warm.
