INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp. liquefied butter
  • (1 to 2) tbsp. everything bagel seasoning

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Heat the oven at three-twenty-five degrees F.
  2. Put the paper (parchment) on the sheet (baking).
  3. Brush the oil on the paper (parchment).
  4. Take a bowl (large).
  5. Add the 2 cups of flour (almond), ¼ cup of flour (coconut), 1 tbsp. Baking powder, ½ tsp. Garlic powder, and ¼ tsp. of salt in it.
  6. Mix it with the whisk.
  7. Add 2 large eggs, ¼ cup heavy whipping cream, and 1 tbsp. of melted butter.
  8. Fuse all the ingredients (dry and wet) well till you form the dough.
  9. Grease your hands, collect the dough, and place it on the sheet (baking).
  10. With your greased hands shape the dough in the rectangular form evenly.
  11. Take a knife and cut 6 equal squares and cut these squares diagonally to obtain 12 triangles.
  12. Place the triangles gently on the baking dish brush it with melted butter.
  13. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning all over the triangles.
  14. Put the bagel scones in the oven and bake it for few (20-25) minutes.
  15. Put it out and let it to cool down.
  16. Serve the bagel scones with soup and salad.

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THE BAGEL SEASONING AT HOME:

Poppy seeds
Seeds of sesame
Dried garlic
Onion, dried
Coarse salt

I often use one tablespoon of poppy and sesame seed, followed by one and a half teaspoons of dried onion and garlic flakes. I use at least a teaspoon of salt since I enjoy a good amount, but you may use less if you like.

TIPS:

  • Pat the dough evenly in a rectangular shape and cut equal triangles to equal cooking.
  • You can pack these scones in an air-tight box and store them in the freezer to avoid freezer burn.
  • Grease your hands before gathering the dough; or else, your hands will be sticky.
  • You can have this everything bagel scones with your favorite keto-friendly soups and salad.

  • I may not think you can use any other flour because I made this combination by keeping everything in mind. But you may try it with sunflower seed flour.
