  • 2 medium tomatoes

INGREDIENT NOTES:

Chicken thighs:
Use the fresh and skinless chicken thighs for the good results and taste.

Bell pepper:
In this soup recipe use the red bell pepper for the good taste and color.

Onions:
Use the yellow onion for this soup recipe, it gives good taste.

Peanuts:
Peanuts are the main ingredients for this recipe of soup. Use the roasted peanuts and chop them for a good favor.
You can also add the peanut butter for the great consistency.

Peanut oil:

INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR THE SEASONING OF CHICKEN:

  1. Grab a bowl.
  2. Add the washed chicken thighs to it.
  3. Also include the powdered peppercorn, salt, dried thyme, and powder of garlic for the seasoning.
  4. Mix them properly.
  5. Rest the chicken for ten to fifteen minutes.
  6. Garb a non-stick pot.
  7. Add the half-estimated amount of peanut oil in it.
  8. Heat it for 30 seconds.
  9. Then add the spiced thighs of chicken in it.
  10. Cook them until become golden from both sides.
  11. Now add the remaining peanut oil in the pot.
  12. Also, add the diced onions and bell pepper.
  13. Saute them until become softened.
  14. Now add the chopped tomatoes, water, garlic or ginger, peanut butter, and red chili flakes.
  15. Mix it with the skimmer.
  16. Also, add the coriander and spinach to it.
  17. Boil the soup mixture for five to six minutes until becomes thick and smooth.
  18. When the soup becomes caramelized, then turn the flame off.
  19. Transfer it to the serving soup bowl.
  20. Sprinkle some chopped nuts and herbs.
