INSTRUCTIONS
- Warm up the oven(empty) at 175 °C & get to work.
- Cover the sides and bottom of the baking dish using the sheet of parchment, or you can oil them as well.
- Combine the oregano, salt, powder of baking & garlic, along with the flour of coconut & almond in a mixing bowl(big).
- Now add the eggs in a separate bowl & beat them till foamy.
- After that, include the butter(melted, unsalted)&cream(heavy) and mix until combined.
- Now, transfer the liquid mix to the solid mix & fold with gentle hands till you achieve a thick, uniform batter.
- Next, add the shredded cheese & diced ham.
- Mix till everything is distributed evenly throughout the batter.
- Now your batter is ready to bake.
- Transfer that batter into the baking dish(oiled/lined) & level the top.
- When you observe that your inserted knife comes out without the traces of cake, your cake is done.
- Take it out of the oven after almost forty mins & let it rest for ~ten minutes.
