  • It is naturally sweetened and provides lean protein with a reduced carb count. If required, you can use pork as an alternative.

TAMARI:

  • We use tamari as a replacement for normal soy sauce to prevent adding wheat and sugars. We can also utilize the coconut aminos instead, which will give a mild, sweet taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix the green onion, ground pork, tamari, white pepper, sesame oil, minced shrimp, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Stir them properly till they are completely combined.
  3. Add the one tbsp filling in the middle of the keto wrap flat.
  4. Gently coat all the sides using the water, then fold them and cover tightly.
  5. Continue the process till the filling is finished.
  6. Include the sesame oil, chicken broth, tamari, garlic, and ginger slices in a saucepan.
  7. Slowly cook them for almost ten minutes.
  8. Then gently include the wontons in the same pan.
  9. Cook till the filling is completely prepared and it floats.

  12. Fill the bowl with the wontons and soup.
  13. Top it with chili oil and green onions.

  • Cook a smaller quantity of the filling in the pan, then taste it before wrapping it.
  • Slowly cook the broth to avoid breaking the soft wrappers.
