INGREDIENTS:
- Two big chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. almond flour
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. lemon & pepper seasoning
- 2 pieces of garlic crushed
- Two tbsp. juice (lemon)
- 2 tbsp. oil (olive)
- Two tbsp. butter

CHICKEN BREAST:
- I use fillets of chicken breast (skinless).
ALMOND FLOUR:
- We use almond flour in the coating of chicken as a traditional flour alternative.
LEMON ZEST:
- I grated fresh lemon zest to add to my lemon & pepper chicken.
LEMON & PEPPER SEASONING:
- Powder of Lemon & pepper is used to coat the chicken. If it is not available you can use more lemon and powder to work out the recipe.
OLIVE OIL:
- Oil of olive is utilized to prepare the chicken in the pan; we can also use avocado oil to cook the fillets.
BUTTER, GARLIC, AND LEMON JUICE:
- Butter, garlic, and lemon juice are added to make a sauce.

INSTRUCTION:
PREPARATION:
- Put the chicken breast on the cutting board.
- Cut the four slices of chicken breast and pound them lightly to get an even thickness of the fillets.
SEASON:
- Take a big bowl and add almond flour, lemon zest, powder of lemon and pepper, and salt in it.
- Mix them properly with the whisk.
- Add the slices of chicken one by one and coat them properly.
- Jiggle the excess flour mixture from the chicken fillets.
COOK THE CHICKEN FILLETS:
- Put the frying pan on the heat (medium-low).
- Put the 2-3 chicken fillets in the pan.
- Cook the chicken fillets for five mints from each side.
MAKE THE MIXTURE:
- Take a small bowl and add butter, garlic, and lemon juice and mix it.
- Pout the butter and lemon mixture on the chicken and cook on flame (low) for two more mints.
SERVE:
- Place the cooked chicken fillets on the plate and top it with parsley and slices of lemon.
TIPS:
- If you don’t get your lemon & pepper seasoning, you can make your own at home by mixing salt with lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Turn the sides of the chicken fillets so they can cook evenly.
- Add some additional seasonings of choice to make this dish more flavorful.
