INSTRUCTION:

  1. Put the steak in a big zip-lock bag.
  2. Add the keto-friendly Worcestershire sauce, tamari, balsamic vinegar, swerve brown, and beef stock and stir together.
  3. Transfer the sauce to the bag & close the bag, and chill for at least half an hour or overnight.
  4. Turn the broiler on high & pat dry the meat with a paper towel after removing it from the zipper bag.
