INGREDIENTS:

  • Sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), 5 oz
  • 4 fillets of chicken breasts (1.5 pounds)
  • Half cup of Grated parmesan cheese (fresh)
  • A teaspoon of powdered peppercorns
  • Spinach (baby) 3 cups.
  • One tsp of salt
  • Cream (heavy), 1.5 cups
  • Two tablespoons of flour (all-purpose)
  • Minced garlic cloves, 6
  • Three tbsps of divided butter (unsalted)

INGREDIENT NOTES:

SPINACH:
It is not a compulsory ingredient. Adding spinach (baby)
here gives our dish a touch of natural green color.

CHICKEN BREAST:
The recipe uses 4 small/2 large fillets of chicken breasts. People like thighs so, you may use the thighs (skinless) in place of breasts.

BUTTER:
Use butter in this dish to get a more creamy rich flavor.

GARLIC:
As always, we recommend you to use fresh garlic. Use a smaller number of cloves to have a light garlic taste. You shouldn’t omit them.

FLOUR:
Use the flour (all-purpose) to coat the chicken. This will give a crispy & crunchy layer on the surface.

CHEESE:
We always recommend you buy fresh cheese from its counter & shred/grate it by yourself. Here the recipe uses parmesan cheese.

SUN-DRIED TOMATOES:
They give a nice & classical flavor to our dish. Keep the size of the tomatoes as per your choice.
