  • Egg 1-2(at room temperature)
  • Monk fruit sweetener 3 tablespoons (sugar-free)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Almond milk 3-5 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
  • Cream cheese 1 ½ cups
  • Oreo biscuits chunks (optional)
  • Xanthan gum 1 teaspoon

Ingredients notes:

Flour: Take fresh and keto-friendly almond or coconut flour.
Sweetener: Use the sugar-free sweetener; you can also use the brown sugar.
Xanthan gum: The xanthan gum is optional, but the use of the gum gives the great texture.

Methods:

  1. Take a bowl and add the entire ingredients for the crust of the Oreo cheesecake, like add the almond/coconut flour, coffee powder, sweetener, xanthan gum, salt, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix all these ingredients unless they become merged completely.
  2. Now in the same bowl add eggs, vanilla extract, and the unsalted butter and blend them with the electric mixer.
  3. Mix all the ingredients of the Oreo crust unless they merge completely.
  4. Add the milk as required to make the good and desired consistency for the Oreo crust.
  5. Now warm up the electric oven to 325 Fahrenheit.
  6. Take the baking pan and place the butter paper.

  11. Spread the cream cheese all over the baking pan and press it to set properly.
  12. Add the chunks of the Oreo biscuit for the topping.
  13. Now switch on the oven; pre-heat it and put the pan in it.
  14. After 30 minutes your keto Oreo cheesecake bites are ready to eat let it cool at room temperature.
