CREAM:

  • We are using whipped cream here. If you wish to avoid dairy, another option is coconut cream.

  • Using allulose & replacement brown sugar for the filling gives them the required taste, color & that soft juicy/creamy texture.

EGG YOLK:

BUTTER:

INSTRUCTIONS:

COOKIES:

  1. Grab a big sheet of cookies & cover it with the parchment/silicone mat.
  2. Reach 325 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven.
  3. Put a large container on your workstation.
  4. Include the butter in it & beat it well then, beat again with the sweetener.
  5. Now, include the vanilla essence & yolk of the egg and beat well to combine them.

FILLING PREPARATION:

  1. Place a small-sized saucepan on the stove over normal flame.
