  • Frother or Blender 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup of strongly brewed coffee or 2 double shots of cooled espresso
  • Two tbsp of sweetener that you prefer
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Six tablespoons of whey protein powder (or any other protein powders), Unflavoured.
  • Almond extract 3/4 of a teaspoon
  • Three-fourth cup of Almond or any low-carb milk
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream or coconut cream, heavy
  • Sugar-Free Sprinkles (optional)
  • Ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take a measuring glass jar. Add sweetener, both essence, Milk, and Cream. Mix them well.
  2. Now add Protein Powder and combine it well using a frother or an immersion blender. you can follow the above steps in the blender also.
  3. Take two glasses and decorate them if you wish.
  4. Add ice cubes as you want and divide the strongly brewed espresso between both glasses.
  5. Now fill the glasses with the Milk and Cream mixture till top.
