- If you are planning to use the commercial ranch dressing, then go for the brand that claims it to be keto. If you have not found such a brand, then make your homemade version of ranch dressing.
CHICKEN:
- For the recipe, we will require the cooked, shredded chicken. You may save time by using the leftover grilled/rotisserie chicken.
TORTILLAS(LOW-CARB):
- A few brands produce low-carb tortillas, like Siete Almond Flour and Egg Life. Alternatively, you can make your wraps using fathead dough.
AVOCADO:
- The ripe avocados will work great in this recipe for taste & texture. They contribute to the addition of fats(healthy) along with creaminess.
CHEESE:
- Always buy the cheese block & shred it by yourself, as the pre-shredded version must contain the anti-caking agents that make the cheese high in carbs. We advise you to use the Monterey Jack/cheddar cheese as they melt deliciously. If someone likes the spicy kick, then pepper Jack can also be used.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Include the avocado, green onions, chicken, ranch dressing, cilantro, & cheese(shredded) in a bowl & mix them well.
- Sprinkle salt & pepper as per your taste & mix the filling well till combined.
- Spread the tortilla(low-carb) on your working counter.
- Dollop a quarter of filling in the middle of the wrap.
- Then, roll firmly like a tortilla after folding in the sides.
- Include the butter/oil in a skillet over a normal flame.
- As the oil heats up or the butter melts, place the burritos with their ends facing down.
- Turn their sides when the lower side becomes nice and golden & crisp.
- Give the same time to the other side(~three mins).
- Dish them out on a kitchen towel to absorb any extra oil, if any.
- Slice the burritos in half & serve them with any keto dressing of your choice.
TIPS:
- You may go for the bacon(crumbled) to achieve the more crisper & flavor.
- If you want to make the burritos spicy, then use chipotle ranch dressing, jalapenos, & pepper Jack cheese.
- To have the extra crisp outside of the burritos, grill them using the panini press.
- You may go for the lettuce leaves as the zero-carb option to replace the low-carb tortillas.
- An amazing tip is to warm the wraps a little before assembling, so that they do not tear while folding.

CHILLING:

You can either pack the burritos in a foil(aluminium) or save them in a container sealed with a lid. Consume them cold/after rewarming within ~three days, meanwhile, they are safe in the refrigerator.
FREEZING:
- Pack each burrito individually by wrapping it in a paper of parchment. Then fill them into the bag(freezer-safe). Now, they are ready to freeze for ~sixty days. Defrost, rewarm, & enjoy/serve whenever you crave.
