INGREDIENTS NOTES:
ZUCCHINI:
- We have to use firm, fresh zucchini for optimal texture and flavor. We can use the medium-sized zucchini as they are the best and
- they also slice evenly and don’t have much moisture and we have to slice it thin for the crispy chips.
OIL:
- Avocado oil is ideal for air frying since it has a more smoke point than olive oil, although both oils perform well.
RANCH SEASONING:
- Ranch seasoning adds the traditional tangy ranch flavor without any additional carbs. We can also make our seasoning with dried herbs like dill, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder, & salt, or we can also use a sugar-free, keto-friendly ranch seasoning mix.
PARMESAN CHEESE:
- Parmesan cheese provides additional crunch and a deep, cheesy taste. You would have to utilize the newly chafed Parmesan cheese for the best results.
SALT:
- Salt brings out the moisture in the zucchini which makes the chips crispier and it also improves flavor.
