CREAM CHEESE:

  • We utilize cream cheese to add a soft texture. Use the soft cream cheese, so it mixes easily and doesn’t leave lumps.

ALMOND FLOUR:

  • It will provide the structure and light, nutty flavor. Use the sunflower seed or pumpkin seed flour instead to prepare a nut-free dish if required.

BUTTER:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Warm the empty oven to 180°C.
  2. Gently coat a muffin tin.
  3. Stir the baking powder, almond flour, salt, and coconut flour.
  4. Include the egg and melted butter, and mix to form the soft dough.
  5. Make two portions of dough; one of them should be slightly bigger to prepare the base.
  6. Then roll the dough and put these circles in the muffin cavities to make the crust.
  7. Warm the olive oil in a pan.
  8. Add the onions and garlic to the oil till aromatic & soft.
  9. Then add the pepper, ground chicken, salt & spices, and cook till the chicken gets brown.
