Keto Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars are a delicious low-carb dessert. We make this bar with Keto Crescent dough base, and it has a layer of creamy cheesecake filling, which we sweeten with Erythritol, then covered with another dough sheet. These cheesecake bars are very indulgent, crispy, and delicious, which makes this dessert a great choice for making for some special occasions, holidays, or along with a quick weeknight dinner. These cheesecake bars store perfectly, so we can easily make a big batch of these bars to satiate our sweet cravings when we want. These Keto Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars contain dairy in the form of cream cheese and butter, so we can make use of dairy-free products to prepare non-dairy bars, and they don’t contain any gluten as well.
