- We slice the upper part of the bell pepper, eliminate the seeds, and place in separate plate.
- Warm-up the oil in the pan on a moderate flame and toss the garlic & onions in the oil
- Then we can include ground meat in the pan and break the clumps with a spoon and saute to brown the meat.
