HOW TO STORE LEFTOVERS
CHILLING
- Save the meatballs with gravy(remaining) in a container secured with an airtight lid. Refrigerate it for around four days.
FREEZING
- Arrange the cooked and cooled meatballs on a tray and freeze them. Transfer the solid meatballs to the freezer-safe bag. That’s how you can freeze and use the meatballs anytime by defrosting them within 90 days. We advise you to make the gravy fresh, but if you want to freeze it, then freeze it in a separate container.
REHEATING
- Heat the gravy with meatballs on the stove with the addition of a little cream or broth.
