MOZZARELLA CHEESE:

  • Mozzarella melts easily and aids in binding the patties without the extra carb content. It provides a soft & flexible texture. We will switch it to cheddar to give a sharper taste.

EGGS:

  • The egg helps in keeping the patty together and prevents it from breaking during melting. It adds moisture & a slight rich taste. The patties may crumble without it.

MAYONNAISE:

  • Mayonnaise gives a creamy consistency, so it remains moist. It helps the mixture to stay soft in the middle. Utilize full-cream mayonnaise for good texture.

DIJON MUSTARD:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F and line the parchment paper on it.
  2. Include the cheese, mayonnaise, celery, tuna, garlic powder, egg, onions, black pepper, mustard, lemon juice, onion powder, & salt in the dish.
