- A normal-sized onion (peeled)
- 2 cups of broth (chicken)
- Diced bell peppers, 2
- 1.5 pounds of turkey (ground)
- Two minced & peeled cloves of garlic
- A can of tomato paste (6 ounces)
- Sea salt, to taste
- One-fourth teaspoon of chipotle pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons of powdered red chilli
- 0.5 tsp of paprika powder
- Two tsp. of cumin (ground)
- Ground coriander, half teaspoon\

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place the Dutch oven on the stove over normal heat.
- Include the oil in it & let it heat.
- As the oil heats up, include the garlic, onion, powdered peppercorn, & salt.
- Mix with regular intervals till you have the soft & tender onions.
- Meanwhile, mix the chipotle flakes, powdered chili, cumin, coriander, & paprika.
- Slide the onion mixture towards the edges & include the paste of tomato.
- Let it cook in the oil alone till it darkens in color.
- After this, mix the tomato paste with other veggies.
- Again, slide the whole mixture towards the edges of the pot.
- Include the spice mix in the center & let them fry alone in the oil.
- This blooming of spices extracts their complete flavor.
- Then mix them also in the rest of the veggie mixture.
- The third time, scoot the whole veggie spice mix towards the pot edges.
- Include the mince of turkey in the oil & use the spatula to split it up.
- Move the mince in a continuous way till it changes the color.
- Now mix it with the cooked spice & veggie mix.
- Include a cup of broth & mix well to let go of any brown residue from the bottom.
- After that, include the remaining broth, puree of pumpkin,& fire-roasted tomatoes.
- Turn the flame to high, mix to combine everything, & let it come to a simmer.
- Once it starts simmering well, lower the flame to normal-low.
- Cook it for 13/15 minutes till it reduces & thickens.
- Your pumpkin chili is ready to serve.

You must have to break the turkey mince while cooking in a continuous way. Otherwise, it will join to form a piece of meat & will no longer remain in the mince form.
