INGREDIENT NOTES:

CRANBERRIES:
This recipe uses dried keto cranberries. It is better to use the homemade version. But if you don’t have the homemade keto-dried cranberries in your stock, then don’t worry. Go & buy the sugar-free dried cranberries from the store.

FLOUR:
We recommend you not only measure the flour but also weigh it using the kitchen scale. Being particular in your measurements will help you to achieve the perfect results. Always use the fine powder of almonds as flour.

CHOCOLATE CHIPS:
Here we are using the keto version of white chocolate chip cookies. Always use a good brand of cookies.

KETO SWEETENER:
We want to make them taste like the taste of real brown sugar. That is why we have used swerve brown sugar here to have the closest results.

NUTS ADDITION:
Nuts are a healthy option. You may use walnuts/pecans according to your preference. You can also avoid them if you’re allergic to nuts.

BUTTER:
Melt the unsalted butter. Let it come to the regular temperature before including it in the dough with other items.

EGG:
We are only including a single egg in the dough. Must bring the egg to the normal temperature of the surrounding. So that the egg performs its function well.

BAKING SODA:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat the empty oven to 325 F.
  2. Pick the two big-sized sheets for baking.
  3. Cover them with the silicone baking mats/parchment.
  4. Set a large container on the work surface.
  5. Include salt, flour, sweetener, & baking soda and combine them well.
  6. Next, include the cranberries, walnuts/pecans, & white chocolate chips.
  7. Whisk well to distribute them evenly.
  8. Now, include the essence of vanilla, eggs, & butter in that big vessel.
  9. Use your clean hands to mix everything in the proper way till the formation of dough.
  10. To make the ball, roll out each portion of the dough after dividing it into sixteen pieces.
  11. Set each ball at a specific distance, as cookies need a place to spread.
  12. Press the balls only 0.75 inches with gentle fingers.
  13. They will spread the rest themselves.
  14. Shift the baking sheets into the oven (heated) for 15-18 minutes.
  15. After passing the given time, they will spread & brown (golden) in a beautiful way.

  17. The cookies were soft right after baking.
