Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Almond flour, melted butter, cream cheese, baking soda, confectioners' powdered sugar, and vanilla extract should all be combined in a medium basin. Blend ingredients with a hand mixer until well combined.
In 4 moulds, press dough. Bake for EIGHT to TEN minutes.
Remove from silicone mould after everything has totally cooled.
Each candy bar piece should be delicately split in half lengthwise to create long, thin pieces that resemble Kit Kat bars.
On a baking sheet, place the cut cookie bars and broil for 1–2 minutes or until crisp.
For an hour to set up, place the cookie sheet with the cookie bars in the freezer.
Mix(small microwave-safe bowl) Baking chips and coconut oil. Till the chips are melted and smooth, microwave in increments of 30 seconds. Together, blend.
On the cookie sheet, spread out a piece of parchment paper. Melted chocolate should be used to dip the cookie strips. Place the extra chocolate on parchment paper after trimming it.
Place for 30 minutes in the freezer. Take away and relish!
