INGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN PATTIES:
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. ranch seasoning mix
- ¼ cup almond flour breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup green onions
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- Salt and pepper

GROUND CHICKEN:
- I use lean ground chicken to make these chicken patties; you can also use turkey ground meat to get the same taste.
CHEDDAR CHEESE:
- I use sharp cheddar cheese to make this burger tastier but we can also use mozzarella if we want to make it light.
BREAD CRUMBS:
- I am using almond flour bread crumbs to make these patties; we can also use pork rinds on the keto diet.
RANCH SEASONING MIX:
- I use store-bought keto-friendly ranch seasoning mix; we can also make this at home, by combining garlic & onion powder, buttermilk powder, & dried herbs.

INSTRUCTION:
- Take a large mixing bowl and add the ranch seasoning, ground chicken, eggs, cheddar cheese, garlic, & onion powder, pepper powder, salt, green onions, and keto-friendly bread crumbs.
- Mix all the components with the spatula just enough to fully incorporate them, don’t over-mix them.
- Then equally separate the six patties mixture and shape them into patties.
- Form the patties put them on the plate.
- Chill the plate in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes so that they get a little firm.
- Place a frying skillet on the medium heat and add the oil in it.
- Put the patties in it and fry them for 5 to 6 minutes per side/till the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- Place the slice of cheddar cheese on the patties in the last 1 to 2 minutes.
- Cover the skillet to get the cheese to melt.
- Take the almond flour burger buns and toast in the toaster or skillet.
- Place the chicken patty in between burger buns.
- Add the keto-friendly add-ins like lettuce, a slice of tomatoes, or cheese, and cucumber slices.
- Serve this hot and tasty chicken patty burger as soon as it is done.

TIPS:
- Ground chicken has lots of moisture so we add cheese, bread crumbs, & eggs to help control the moisture level,
- we can add more bread crumbs if there is some excess moisture.
- If the chicken patties mixture sticks in the hands so you can apply the oil or wet your hands to prevent the stickiness.
- Properly cook your patties till they reach 165 degrees F to make sure they get fully cooked.

- Put the fry patties in the sealed box and keep the chicken patties for 3 to 4 days.
FREEZER:
- Put the uncooked chicken patties in a single layer on the sheet and when they get frozen put them in the seal box and keep them for 3 months.
