INSTRUCTION:
- We can dry the chicken thighs with a paper towel.
- When the chicken thighs get properly dried, then we can season them with the black pepper & salt.
- Take a skillet, heat the oil on a medium-high flame.

- Then we can sear chicken thigh for 5 to 7 minutes or till the chicken thighs gets a nice brown color.
