INGREDIENT:
- One lb. Ground beef
- ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 cups Cauliflower rice
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- One cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- Half cup Sour cream
- 2 to 3 Green onions
- 1 cup Lettuce
- ¼ tsp. Onion powder

PREPARE THE LAYERS:
- We can pour the olive oil in the pan and we can place the pan on the moderate heat.
- When the oil warms than we can add the minced beef in the skillet and break its lumps with the wooden spoon.
- We can season the beef with onion powder, pepper powder, salt, garlic powder.
- Then we also add the 2 tbsp. of tomato juice in the skillet; then combine all the components with the spoon.
