INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Pick a loaf pan that can easily fit inside your slow cooker.
  • Otherwise, cover the base & sides of the slow cooker using the sheet of parchment.
  • Then, plug it in & warm it empty on high mode.
  • Meanwhile, combine the flour of almond & coconut, psyllium husk, powder of baking, onion, & garlic, and salt in a bowl(big).
  • In a separate bowl, combine the butter(melted)/coconut oil, eggs, apple cider vinegar, and almond milk.
  • Mix them well, then include the chopped bacon, mozzarella, & cheddar in that liquid mix.
  • Now, gradually include the solid mix into the liquid mix & combine gently until a smooth & thick batter forms.

CHILLING:

FREEZING:

  • Upon cooling, pack the individual slices using the paper/sheet of parchment. Place these packed slices in a bag(freezer-safe). Freeze them for ~two months. Either defrost them or reheat the frozen slices directly.
