INGREDIENTS NOTES:
TURKEY:
- I utilize fresh and light pink turkey tenderloins to make this recipe, they are easily available in the grocery store and are larger than chicken tenderloins.
SALT & PEPPER:
- Black pepper powder & salt is included in the recipe to season them according to the preference.
ONION & GARLIC POWDER:
- I use onion & garlic powder to make the marinade; it gives the nutty flavor to the dish as well as we don’t have to use fresh ones.
PAPRIKA & CHILI FLAKES:
- Paprika & chili flakes are added in this recipe, chili flakes make it spicy & paprika gives it a color. We can also add cayenne pepper if we want to make it spicier.
CUMIN & CORIANDER:
- I can add cumin & coriander powder to give these turkey tenderloins the savory & umami flavors.
OREGANO:
- I use dried oregano to make this baked turkey tenderloin but we can also utilize fresh herbs also.
OLIVE OIL:
- Olive oil is use to saute the turkey; we can also use butter & ghee.
SWERVE BROWN:
- I use swerve brown as a brown sugar alternative to get the perfect caramelization and a little sweet taste.
