Recipe: Keto BBQ Ribs


  • 2 racks of pork ribs (about 4-5 pounds total)
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. This will be your dry rub for the ribs.
  3. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels, then apply the dry rub generously to both sides of the ribs, pressing it into the meat.
