- 1 pound beef stew meat
- ¼ medium onions
- 2 pieces garlic
- 2 celery stalks

INSTRUCTION:
- We can prepare the ingredients that are require making this recipe, like we can make small pieces of meat, slicing the celery, onion, zucchini, & garlic into small dice and also cut the florets of the cauliflower.
