  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • ½ cup of the raspberries

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons full-fat coconut milk

Notes on ingredients:

  1. Using both the almond and the coconut flour in the bread enhances the taste of the berry bread because both are keto-friendly flour.
  2. In the bread, you have to make the thick and runny consistency, to make the desired texture use the coconut milk as required.
  3. In the pudding, you can add any sweetener you like to eat.

Instructions:

  1. Warm up or preheat the oven to the temperature of about 375 F.
  2. Now add all the ingredients of the bread into the bowl, like the eggs, coconut flour, berry extract, almond flour, coconut milk, butter, and raspberries.
  3. Transfer the berry bread better for baking.
  4. Bake it unless it becomes golden in colour.
  5. You can also bake the bread the night before making the pudding dessert.
