  • It is not important to use berries just. Include any other( keto-friendly) fruit like plum, cherry, cantaloupe, etc.

SWEETENER:

  • If low-carb condensed milk is available, so use it in place of sweetener.

INSTRUCTIONS

CHEESECAKE MIXTURE:

  1. First, allow the cream cheese to be at room temperature.
  2. Place a large vessel pours the cream cheese and whips it with the electric beater.
  3. When the cream cheese becomes light and fluffy then add the whipping cream and the sweetener.
  4. Beat it again with the mixer until thick and creamy.

FRUITS ADDITION:

  1. Cut the strawberries first.
  2. Then add the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and any other keto-friendly fruit of your choice.
  3. Fold all the fruits with the cream cheese mixture with the spatula and put in the fridge to set.

SERVE THE DESSERT:

  1. You can serve the dessert in small jars or a bowl and garnish with fresh berries and sugar-free Choco chips.
