  • 3 naan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cup blackberries
  • ½ cup of glaze and balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • Honey ½ tbs
  • ½ Salt(optional)

Naan:

  • Take the fresh and soft naan to make the flatbread more crispy and tangy.

Blackberries:

  • Blackberries must be virgin and fresh. It will enhance the taste and flavor of the ricotta flatbread.

Instructions:

  1. Firstly! Warm up the oven to 375-400 degrees F.
  2. Place the naan on the butter paper and wet the paper with the olive oil.
  3. Scatter the mozzarella and put the blackberries in the bowl and mash them with a spoon. After that add balsamic and mix them.
  4. Equally, distribute the mixture of blackberries on each naan.
  5. Add the ricotta dollops to each naan.
  6. Bake the mixture for 15-18 minutes.
  7. Broil the mixture for 1-2 minutes.
