INGREDIENT NOTES:

ALMOND FLOUR:

  • Almond flour keeps the rolls low in carbohydrates while adding a soft and supple basis. It offers a subtle nutty taste while simulating the texture of regular dough. For a smooth finish, use fine almond flour.

COCONUT FLOUR:

  • Coconut flour balances the richness of the cheese and aids in moisture absorption. After baking, a tiny quantity maintains the dough firm but not soft. It provides a touch of sweetness as well.

ERYTHRITOL POWDER:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. We heat the oven at 375 degrees F.
  2. Apply the parchment on the tray.
  3. We melt the cream cheese & mozzarella in a dish for forty-five seconds and stir till it gets smooth.
  4. Mix the baking powder, coconut flour, Erythritol, & almond flour in a separate dish.
  5. Then mix the dry ingredients with the melted cheese mixture after adding the eggs to make the soft dough.
  6. Roll the dough in rectangle with help of parchment paper.
